About Me
Inspections Built for Buyers Who Want Real Answers
I’m a professional home inspector serving North Central Florida with a simple philosophy: inspections should protect the buyer, not the transaction. My work is focused on giving home buyers clear, honest information so they can make confident decisions before closing.
I don’t rush inspections, cut corners, or gloss over concerns. Every home is inspected as if I were the one considering the purchase—looking beyond surface issues to identify real risks, potential costs, and long-term concerns that matter to buyers.
My Inspection Philosophy
Slower, More Thorough, Always Buyer-First
A home inspection should do more than generate a report—it should help you understand what you’re buying. I take a methodical, unhurried approach to ensure nothing important is missed and that findings are explained in plain language.
My responsibility is to you, the buyer. That means identifying issues that could impact safety, livability, maintenance costs, or future repairs, and giving you the context you need to decide what’s acceptable and what’s not.
What to Expect
Clear Process. No Rushing. No Guesswork.
On inspection day, I perform a detailed evaluation of the home’s major systems and visible components. I work carefully and deliberately, documenting findings and noting areas that deserve further attention.
Buyers are welcome to be present and ask questions. I’m happy to explain what I’m seeing, why it matters, and how it could affect you after you move in. The goal is for you to leave the inspection with clarity—not confusion.
Communication
You’ll Never Be Left Wondering
Before the inspection:
I’m available to answer questions, explain the inspection process, and help set expectations so you know exactly what will (and won’t) be covered.
During the inspection:
If you’re on site, I’ll point out key findings and answer questions as they come up—without rushing or minimizing concerns.
After the inspection:
You’ll receive a clear, detailed report, and I remain available to walk through the results, clarify findings, and help you understand what matters most as a buyer.
